Introducing a new FULL SERVICE BUFFET DINING for your Sushi and Pan Asian entrees. No smorgasbord, no getting up and down to the buffet and no public handling your food. We at RED GINGER serve you all the way. The course will begin with a serving of miso soup, ginger sauce salad, and Pan Asian entrees. then our guests will be served a platter of assorted sushi to begin with. An ongoing replenishment to the platter with an assortment of sushi and rolls will be followed thru out lunch and dinner session. We can also make the PAN ASIAN ENTREES as the MAIN COURSE and SUSHI as the SIDES. THERE ARE VARIETIES OF COOKED SUSHI AND ROLLS. (Certain restrictions do apply- call store for details)
